The Kids Power Conference, held each Fall, brings together 100 students from across London-Middlesex identified as leaders by their teachers and peers. Through a series of workshops, student develop their leadership skills and are inspired to bring back positive initiatives at their own schools.

The conference is held at the London Public Library, Central Branch and is generously supported by the Optimist Club of Middlesex-London.
