A Message from the
Executive Director
It is hard to believe, but Investing
in Children is celebrating its 10th birthday this year. Over
the past 10 years we seen a phenomenal list of accomplishments,
including inspiring 5,300 students to take leadership roles
in their schools and communities and providing 13,200 children
with a variety of different literacy initiatives while working
with our numerous community partners. Our 10th Birthday Bash
will take place Wednesday, June 17 at the Barking Frog, so
be sure to mark it on your calendars! Keep an eye open for
other exciting celebration activities that we have planned
for the coming year.
I would like to extend a special
thank you to all of you who have supported Investing in Children
over the years. Your support has been instrumental in our
success and for that we are grateful. The next 10 years hold
infinite possibilities as we continue to make a difference
in the lives of children and their families in our community.
Sincerely,
Anita Gilvesy
Executive Director
